kidshopy'S CANCELLATION POLICY
We at kidshopy strive to provide you with the best possible experience while you shop with us online. You can cancel all items before they have been processed in our warehouses. This includes items purchased on sale. The refund amount will be credited back into your My Vouchers account in the form of Cash Vouchers
Can I cancel the order after it is placed?
As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. To cancel the order you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the ordered size or colour option of a product in your placed order. You may even require to have your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately.
When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?
We shall process your refund immediately once your Order has been cancelled.For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. Only Customers who have paid via Debit or Credit card can avail this option.The refund will be happen within 3 to 5 working days.
Why was my order canceled? Why didn't you send me any intimation?
This could be because either the product is out of stock or it has been rejected for quality reasons. An email is always sent when an order is cancelled, but it is possible that it might have gone into your spam folder.
Can I change the product after I have placed an order?
That's not possible. You can either cancel the order or you can return the product and place a fresh order.
